Alternative For Kazaa Lite

I was wondering, I keep getting fakes, and if not, none at all for just about every software file out there, not to include viruses. I use hash files and such but they download so slow, if never at all. I was wondering what else is there?
I using Shareaza right now and it seems to be working pretty well. Edonkey I could not get working fast enough, and filetorrent seems nice, but have yet to get a file downloaded.
