question about RSR

i'm pu there and when i become pu they gave me
one invite and i used it for my friend.since that i didnt
get more invites.somebody know how there invite system work
or maybe can translate the faq here

it's not true. you get 1 inv when you increase your ratio with 1 point. (e.g: from 2 to 3)

ahha, i just got 10 invites
no wonder, i had 1 invite then the next day i got 11 haha
