my bitmetv might b disabled

i just had my acct there 2 days now. this morning i logged on and loaded up a torrent and now i can't login. my inviter also has this prob. we r both using seedbox and staff does no cause i let them know via pm........any help would b appreciated............also when i try to recover pass i get a database error
