i have ATI Wonder PCI Bus Vers. cap car, is there any way to make that tv-out instead of in?

No, you can't. The card is designed for video capture, not exporting to your tv. :rolleyes:

you wont be using your agp card if you could, ( assuming that u have one ).
youd need other features too, like card memory, clock frequencies ( sp ).
eh, asking way too much.
Get the ATI all in wonder card. Its a video card, with the option of the tv capture ability. hence the name of card.

Your capture card or tuner is made to convert modulated RF to VGA.
There are no components installed which could take the VGA and produce modulated RF from it.
Even using an RF modulator won't help you bacause the VGA info would be too much for the TV to handle unless it was heavilly processed first.

if he didn't already own a TV Wonder, i would agree with this. but since he already spent his $$$ on a capture card, i'd recommend just getting a Nvidia or ATI vga card that has TV-output.
an All-In-Wonder is just a Radeon with a TV Wonder incorporated into it, and he already has a TV Wonder.
