Needed: Encoding Software

i got that TMPGEnc or w/e and when i use it the video laggs and freezes constantly and when i use nero for my dvd rips the picture is flipped :angry: so what are some other encoding programs

well I'm not a big help then, because I dont have a DVD player. But have a look at http://www.vcdhelp.com/ they should have everything you need. :)

I had Win on cd for 98 and had a different computer that had no dvd reader/burner at all ...do you mean to tell me it does dvds?
