Tracker for old Cartoons?

Does anyone know of a tracker for old cartoons? Maybe from the 70s and 80s era? I know BitmeTV has some old stuff but I did not find some of crap I'm looking for. I remember this old cartoon for example. It was called Kissyfur. Had some really stupid funny alligators in it. I would not mind watching this show again.

This is the right section for this. But good luck finding some of these rare oldies. I have been trying to get some of the older ones and have gotten some but not all. Also quality greatly comes into play.
