Well, isn't that the only option left when you've tried to explain a hundred times why we opposed this war and the only answer you get is " bunch of f**king traitors!"? :(

http://forums.bf42.com/showthread.php?thre...&highlight=vice (http://forums.bf42.com/showthread.php?threadid=26456&perpage=15&highlight=vice) city&pagenumber=5

i cant find the french one but it went something like this

me:is it true the americans are petty enough to change freedom fries to french fries
dick:hows that petty
me:its childish like when kids in the playground are saying 'tell suzy im not talking to her'
dick:its called making a stand, maybe you should look it up
me:no it isnt the whole world is laughing at you cos its stupid

Good point well presented.

Having a cheap pop at the USA, to what end.

OK smart arses. Let's see you justify your contention that the USA has the most corrupt Government in the world.

although the US administration IMHO has more than a couple of problems (which one doesn't), there's a lot worse who would cause more havoc if only they had the resources that the US has....

Oh I see, it's narrow minded assumptions.

Another excellent point.

I believe the Zimbabwe President was recently returned with somthing like 99.7% of the electorate voting for him.

Now forgive me, but I suspect that this may be more corrupt than the USA.

Answer -- Saddam Hussein.

The last resort of the incompetent.

"I am happy and you take everything so seriously, so that makes me better than you."

Is this a feckin mantra or something.

You are the one who insulted the Government of the USA, by describing them as the most corrupt in the world. When asked to justify your contention the best you can do is .... well actually Iīm not quite sure what you did.

Slink off to your bread and circuses, but donīt do it on a high horse. Thereīs a mixed metaphor for the collectors.

The USA is NOT the most corrupt government in the world. Because the word 'corruption' implies that it is illegal. In the US it is prefectly legal to sponsor a party, usually the republican side, in exchange for favours later on. One particular example that comes to mind, are the recent tax-cuts, which really only benefit the corporations that have downated money to Bush's party.

Another is Carlyle, a very interesting company, which employs or has employed, former president Bush Senior, former British Prime-minister John Major, former president of the German Bundesbank, the former defence-minister of Ronald Reagan, Colin Powell, a former South-Korean Minister, and the list goes on. Interesting about Carlyle is also their ties to the Middle-East, such as the Bin Laden family (not Osama). Interesting was also that part of the multi-billion dollar defense contract, Bush jr. was proposing, a substantial amount of business would have gone to Carlyle -> his daddy's firm. It would not surprise me if Bush jr. would end up being an 'unofficial' advisor to Carlyle after he finished his political carreer.

But let me be clear on this: This is all legal in the US!

[/b][/quote]

Can you pinpoint the moment when you lost your mind, or is it all just foggy.

TheDave

its kinda foggy, i blame lack of sleep.

i think its a case of when you watch a britney spears and you think good song, then you download it and realize you never heard the song, you were just staring at her tits

your the reason people hate you. maybe if you could accept you arent god then maybe someone would like you. we arent talking about the people we are talking about the government
WTF is that supposed to mean? "your the reason people hate you. maybe if you could accept you arent god then maybe someone would like you." If that is not pointed at the people, then who is the "you", you would be referring to? STFU is my reply to you little comments.

First off one should not judge from afar, if you do not live in the damn country then stop talking about what you think is going on. Hell even the people who live here do not know everything (which is a shame).

I think everyone who has something bad to say about America or any country for that matter, should first take a good look at themselves and their own homelands and discuss the things they may know about, prior to going off the cuff on something they know very little or nothing about.

It disgusts me that someone would even post such a topic, using the, and I quote "i started a topic to see what people think" end quote. That is total malarky (bullshit for those who do not know what malarky is).

I will not be back to this topic, so nit pic my reply if you want, this is all I am going to say.

ok everyone bashing the US, check out allafrica.com, then you will see that the US isn't so bad, and to dredge up a little slogan....America, love it or leave it!

and who ever mentioned infowars.com, has he turned into art bell yet? talking all about aliens and whatnot?
