I suggest u browse torrents often and grab torrents from popular categories, like indie, electronic and appz

Another way is to go to requests and add a vote to the very popular ones. So when the request will be filled, u will be notified on your email; this way u will know when the most popular torrents are uploaded and u will seed for good.

Make sure you inform the staff that you are using a seedbox.

Thanks for this..

Any other way to get good ratios?

Upload FLAC encoded classical music. Then tell me about it :P.

Yup.. rip your own FLAC albums, which are usually significantly bigger than usual albums (around 400-500MB per FLAC album), that way you'll be able to boost up your ratio.

rip cd's to wav with exact audio copy then use another program to encode into flac. I use winlame.

There is an extended tutorial about this on the OiNK forums.. very helpful indeed.

Another way to boost ratio, is to get albums from other music trackers (do not do this if these other trackers do not allow uploading their torrents to other trackers, or if the downloaded album is a transcode - you can check this as well using a tutorial on OiNK).

You can also look for apps on other trackers which are not listed on OiNK, e-Books, Comics.. the whole lot.. its fairly easy once you get the hang of it :)

They can't possible have every single album out there... get stuff they don't have from other music trackers or even newsgroups and upload there. They don't have that much Latin music I noticed :)

My methods:

1. Download hot torrents only and seed over 1:1 (even things you don't want/need)
2. Upload your own torrents in flac (try for high quality rips for a higher file size by using the guidelines on OiNK)
3. Get power user and request on the most popular requests because when they are filled there will definitely be a lot of leechers

Get an account at indietorrents and just go back and forth uploading torrents between trackers.

You could try Foobar ... nice player with many options (plug-ins) including ripping to flac and more..

Exact Audio Copy (EAC) is the best ripping tool.
