invite system on rsr

anybody can tell me hows work the invite system on rsr.. its romanian on their faq page

You get one invite if you grow your ratio. Ex. If you have ratio 4 and you make it 5, you get 1 invite.

+ you have to be power user.

they gave me one no more and my ratio over 2 now
