Belive me, it's much better to go to the gym rather than spending time at home "practicing".You have much better conditions and you can get better results there.

I second this, Bitme is where it's at. You might want to check out Max OT (http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.asp). I personally swear by it :D
