You don't appear to have saved it as a signature.
Did you click the "Save Signature" button, or did you just do "Preview Signature"
You have to click "Save Signature" when you're done.
Also, if you added it as a SIGPIC, you need to click the "Insert Signature Picture" link, to insert the tags into your sig.
Then Click "Save Signature"
Also, if you want to keep that avatar, your sig can only be 12kb.
You may want to read the sig/avatar rules just for good measure - http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/everything-related-board/t-signature-avatar-rules-83183

Or crunch the Avatar to make it substantially smaller, allowing more sig.

Good idea.

There you go and it looks exactly the same. Nice job.
Gives you another 81kb to use in the sig.
Degradation of quality, in order to gain more.
Where is this world headed?

It doesn't look degraded to me, it looks just the same. Whilst using fewer assets.
Indeed
however when working with grfx
and food
degrading is not good, ever.
