My screen of my Thinkpad broke, im just wondering if I can place it with any lcd 14.1"?

No, there's nothing you can do by yourself unfortunately, however you can send your laptop back to IBM for repair.

No, not any LCD will do.
You could try to find a replacement on eBay.

BTW, how do you know it's the screen rather than the inverter?
