Software to change software icons?

Anybody knows what software to use to change the icons in the .exe of a software?

Iconpackager seems to have a function for this but for some reason it isn't working here. :mellow:

Hmm I'm too busy looking at your Ass shake gif . I 'v used Program Icon changer but it was n't all it was cracked up to be .

picture to icon will let you extract icons from files and convert pictures to icons (obviously). I'm not sure about replacing icons. For that, I use resource Hacker. Open the file and replace the icon resource.
