I can't find out why you have disabled privileges, there is no infraction on you, and nobody seems to know. It might be a bug in the board software.

Raise a report in the report section, and someone from Admin can deal with it. I can't change your user group :(

I will lift the ban on your "ronaldo" account though.

Possibly, but as I said, I can't find an infraction on his profile. The only person who can possibly change usergroups without adding an infraction would be Reality, and he's not around to ask.
