How to get rid of pop ups??

for the past 2 days every time i open up mozilla i get a popup but its in a internet explorer window.. i have a pop up blocker but its not blocking it,, ive done a ad aware scan, and a spysweeper scan and that didnt solve the problem. ive been gettin this alert from mcafee saying a trojan called like voodoo or vundoo i dont remmeber exactly but, its sayin it has been cleaned, but when it comes back up ill post it. but ive gotten that message like 5 times..anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

what do u want a screen shot of? the pop up window?

the name of the trojan is vundo.dll and i have a screen shot of the notification mcafee displays when it comes up.. http://img338.imageshack.us/my.php?image=speedmg0.png
