im in stage 2, right now. its a german gewurztraminer( a type of grape ) this will be my first time, sooo im praying for a high alcohol content---with a fruity, flowery taste----and not watered down.

right now its registering at only 10 percent alcohol---so i have some praying to do.

I believe it is a white grape if I am not mistaken. Is is comparable to a reisling spatlese or auslese? (Spelling?)
