What is the best way to get music?

I was wondering what you guys think is the best way to download music. Tradionally i used ares, but now with bittorrent and some high class websites it has become much easier and faster.

I am registered with a site called theynd.com.

They have some good files and full albums available there.

Just register and away you go ..you should also contribute always something to the site as well.

For single mp3's the best is Limewire. And for albums the best is oink.

i used to use soulseek 99% of time and emule for the other 1%.

now i use oink for just about everything. I still find the odd hard to find album on Soulseek.

I think that Direct connect is the best place to find music, if you have access to any nice hubs!
Otherwise nice MP3-torrent-sites also works.

OiNK and Demonoid has a variety of music. And I think they're a better way to download music than Ares or LimeWire. The quality is far better and all the songs are tagged.

ares, limewire, and kazaa are all shitty ways to download, quality is terrible, either low bitrate, bad rip, or a radio rip, often the files are mislabled. I use bittorrent for everything, and if i want a single song i get the album and just download that one song, nothing easier to do

The best way is Oink... Oink have about 150000 users and a great selection. Also you can find old albums and songs.
Mostly one has full speed if you download a file.

I hate to be redundant but oink is by far one of the best on net... Stmusic is okay but they don't have a large selection of old and new shit like oink... filemp3 is the same way it's only the latest commercial shit they carry... I'm a Hip-Hop lover as well as Rock, R&B, Reggae, etc and other sites just aren't as deep as Oink... Other than that IRC is your best bet to get that rare funk your looking for.. Or pick it up at your favorite record store (If they even carry it)
