yes, try accessing their IRC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat) channel and asking sysops about downtime.

tho afaik, they are still in the phase of assessing the problem.

Down for me as well... looked everywhere for the IRC adress- no luck.

well i'm not sure. if i remember correctly co and kg userbase are offsprings of delirium vault so they should share it's irc server.
and again if i remember correctly that was irc.brokensphere.net.

anyway, if i'm wrong, use search and find kg's irc, co is there too.
