What link to use from imagshack

This may sound a silly question but what link do i use in imigshack when i want to show my ratios in a forum.
Ive done a screenshot but rather than putting the whole shoot in the forum i want to put a link for them to click on.
Is it hotlink for forums (1) or (2)
