why can't I change my password in pt?

I think you need to put the original, or previous password in "haslo" slot. Also enter new password twice below.

I did this but its not changing and I am sure about the old password

Oh It says something like, password change failed. Password is too simple(meaning to small).

I put a very hard one and it logged ou automatically
when I try to login with my new pass or old pass login fails and this is written

It says, this is another login try from this same IP.
Logged from this IP has been blocked for 1 hour.

try recover your password and change it then. Make sure you enter correct password.
