But I think they are utter crap. Either that or I am doing something wrong because every time I try to download something it says 'article not found'.

They are utter crap :D I used to use their server for access to alt.binaries.games.xbox but most files were incomplete (but repairable) and slow at getting on the server, I switched to a premium server when all the posts on the virginmedia server where corrupt and couldnt be repaired.
