it just opened 2 days ago but already has over 500 users they have x264 and xvid movies, tv-shows, xxx and music videos, also freeleech and double seed right now so it looks like it's gonna grow to become a pretty good tracker

There's russian tracker with lots of user-uploaded DVD9 and request section. But it can't be called "bitmetv for movies" because of slow speed.
