Karagarga has old and educational movies.. if you're looking for newer content (other than documentaries or indie films) you won't find it at KG

How about SweDVDr... They have every scene/non-scene movies you could think of...

And I'd say over 85% of their (over 25,000) movies are English...

The few times ive checked it (since i didnt use it at all) the answer is YES.

If you rather want XviD rather than DVD

I use the TL, SCC, SITR, Pi, G**m, KG mixed with public trackers like Demonoid and TPB blend :) Gets me pretty much anything.

On that note, wouldn't it be great if there was a site that had:
scenerips without the TTL
rared/unrared don't matter
Userrips/uploads which other users could rate ripping/encoding which in turn decided whether this user could upload anymore
No psycho uploadspeed requirements
A great forum/chat
A userbase the size of TL
And private

TiT used to let users upload their own content (Think it had to be requested.). I dont think speed really mattered with them either. Hopefully when they come back alot of their old rules and options come back with em. ;)
Hos does the same as well they allow user uploads.

Guessing it's invite only, but that shouldn't be a problem.

And I have no idea what Hos is.. unless it's Tophos, which I have no idea about either.
