Why would I send it to you before getting paid?

You would have the fixed image and would have no motivation to send the money.

it dont actually look liek thepic is damaged it looks liek the sun shininy onto it and thats what s making it look wird.

also am i right in saying that image is a picture of the picture you want to restore ?
if so i dont think thats gonna work tbh.
maybe if it was a direct scan of the image but not a pic of a pic :S
