cpu speed incorrect [Archive]

i have a AMD Athlon (tm) 2400 in a gigabyte motherboard up till today has always read at right speed but now it says its only 1200 speed any ideas as to why

Try clearing CMOS and see what it says after.

Only Athlon 64s (which The Hunter doesn't have) support Cool n Quiet.
