Pc, its just so nice and fun, Fps games are brutal on a controller without the mouse there just not as fast paced, mmo's dunno never tried one on a console, Rts thats gotta be hella hard on a controller, Fighting now fighting you just can't go wrong on a console, Racing well this depends for console and controller they are really good, but I have a racing wheel for pc so pc wins that one. so in my opinion pc is what you need, It can do lots and other things than games wich rock, but console's are great too depending on the game, and Genre, now the wii I have never played but im pretty sure its alot of fun, but the novelty might wear off or you might just not want to use that much energy after work to play a game. but anyway thats my 2 cents.

Hmm you're right sports games are probably good for console, but I have never played a sports game before I don't like them at all.

I disagree but I will add moddable games to the PC. Absent mods many of the above get nixed.

Mods do give PC a one-up though. Ya gotta luvem.

I like consoles like the 360 cuz I just cut it on and I'm playing UNO in HD on a big screen against other players across the world.

If someone in the PC world would add some standards for game playing and market small form factor PCs better, it would crush the entire console market.

PC, hands down.
The games ALWAYS look better on High-End PCs.

I really like playing games via pc. and its not just the playing of games but the overclocking, configuring, building, drooling over future upgrades and all that that makes PC games more fun. its like working on a bike is just as fun as driving it :)

PC gaming has many advantages over console..one big one is you can MOD games!! multiplayer is also cooler on pc...pc can emulate older consoles up to PS1 flawlessly and some newer with flaws ATM..

I'm also use to using keyboard & mouse. I feel more freedom with them then a controller. Another boost of pc gaming is you can use a nocd exe so you don't even need to put the cd in every single time to play. You can quickly get ingame & back out to surf the net in seconds. :D

Depends of the game genre. If FPS then, I go for PC. If its a jap rpg like FFs, zelda, DW/DQ I prefer consoles but, like Killu said, PC haves emulation and you can also buy or mod yourself a gamepad like sony ones to work on a pc. Mmorpg ? well, pc of course..

Looks nice, do games allow you to edit the buttons to keyboard buttons on the 360 or will they have to start putting that feature in for people with this little gizmo?

this is pretty old stuff and i dont think the developers will start putting keyboard buttons in the games, i think that there are a few presets like space=X, ctrl=B... like that.

lmao... no one voted for the Wii, the wii sucks shyt...

No it doesn't. It just like other consoles and PCs, have their place.

You have folks that are biased towards one thing (fanboys) no matter what.

I have known for years not to place allegiance to any of them.

For instance, right now, XBL is the shit for online gaming. However, the PS3s online offerings may top M$'s. It's free, it has Home, and I want the best.

I know it's hard for some to not be fanboys. One reason is economics. Even then though you have a particular console and can know that another has something to offer althought you can't afford it.

Fuck allegiance....unless you have stock in the company.

Btw, I think God Of War and GOW2 are some the best games I have ever played. I never thought I'd like a platformer/fighting game so much.:(

I still can't believe it's a PS2 game (and a future PSP game). They should make that into a movie, easily. The story is great.

Well you can use a mouse with certain consoles now.

Does Microsoft have any plans to release a proper mouse/keyboard plug-in or are 360 users doomed to having to use dodgy things like that XFPS 360 Pro (reviews of its first incarnation are pretty dire)?

I've seen some weird keyboard that goes with the controller. I guess that would suffice for simple texting.

I don't see any use for a keyboard for playing games but a mouse would excellent.

Why would I want to map the z and m buttons for use with a game?

I'd like to see an eight button mouse on consoles. That would be the shit.

I've seen one for the PC so it shouldn't be hard to make one for consoles.

definatly, i have a 5 button mouse for my pc and it makes things so much easier. fire, reload, frag, flashlight, secondary fire. its great. MS should really release a keyboard or mouse combo, or at least a mouse. a keyboard would be nice also, cuz when you have to text, input a gamertag, a code for your Live, your MSN password it would be much easier with a keyboard.

I got my free Wii today, loving the tennis game and can't wait until someone brings a full-on simulation out (tennis, whilst being one of my favourite sports to play, has until now always been a bit crap to play on the computer).

Also, I'm looking forward to this game:

Good man! I can't argue with a Wii for free.

The game included will keep you and your friends occupied for hours.

Don't forget that if you are going to get another Wiimote to just get Wii Play.
You basically get the game for $10 (or whatever it is in bre-ish).
