last checked/last seen??

can some1 explain wot does these last chkd and last seen mean in the profile at trackers

Last seen = Last time you logged onto site.
Last checked = Last time you updated to tracker (torrent wise)

that was wot i was told by sm1.
but in my profile i am seeing last checked as 3 mins ago, while i havent used the tracker for a day or so.

I thought last checked is if someone looking at your profile :lol: I don't know actually though :P
