I know Dell does. And you can find systems on eBay. Who else?

Do you mean a desktop or a laptop?

Dell is the only one that I know of. You can still load XP onto a computer by yourself though, but unless you extremely hate vista/getting compatability issues, I won't bother.

no many companies are selling vista only now on their Windows machines, but Dell is still giving you XP as an option.

Also, Id recommend just buying a pc with no OS and loading it yourself, don't have to worry about all the nasty software that the PC makers like to preload that way.

Really? They didn't give me that as an option for my laptop.

On the European site the very first things I see after selecting "Choose Notebook" are "Customize with Windows Vista" and "Customize with Windows XP"
