All ports "stealth"!!!

I went to a site and wanted to find a port that i could use for torrent downloads and i did it and it showed me that all my ports were under stealth. Can someone tell me how to open them so i can download torrents properly. I already tried open from teh router but that didn't work.

i already have it set to port forward to my ip but it doesnt work. Utorrent still displays errors for connections and my downlado speed is dramaticaly decreased.
