I didn't think bearshare was still going

My current gnutella client of choice is Limewire. Before that I liked shareaza, but I got frustrated with the way it got treated by the ED2k servers, and other bittorrent clients.

shareaza got itself a bad name early on amongst other networks, which it has never really shaken off.

my p2p life started on bearshare so it has to be that for me and i still have a version installed and yes it runs, i never got on well with any of the others, bearshare was the easiest and fastest to use without a doubt!!

when I used p2p I was using shareaza with good results... Also morpheus, kazaa, and bunch more but that was a while ago haven't touched them since. I have to say Kazaa was the fastest but shareaza had a lot of rare material if you were patient

I used limewire for a while, got too much junk search results, switched to frostwire and it was better for awhile, but now never connects to more than one node. lame.
