Depends on what you want to watch.

Most of the American stations websites (www.abc.com, etc) all have shows available to watch after they air live.

Whatever you do, do not let someone convince you that Joost is a good method. The quality is awful at best.

Beeline TV (http://www.beelinetv.com/) is a new one I stumbled upon. It has channelsfrom various countries around the world. Very easy to use. Just find the countru, the show you would like to watch, and it loads instantly.

Fabchannel (http://www.fabchannel.com/) This is not a TV Channel site like the rest. Instead it streams live concerts! Preaty nice site.

It's pretty organized and user-friendly, just streaming/buffering takes a while, but if you have a fast connection, there should be no problem.
