Hancock Legaly Drunk

Josh Hancock was legally drunk,speeding,and on his cell phone at the time of the crash. They also found marijuana in his car. Can't say I'm surprised.
Still is unfortunate...although I am a Cubs fan.

Hancock is a rather straightforward object lesson/moral caution, I'd say.
