rts down?

just wondering if rts is down or if it's just me??
I can't access the page .. just says "waiting for rts...."
and then: "can not find rts........."
I behaved and did not cheat (if you think i've been into that)

my problem is that i can't even get the first page, where i log in (oh yes i've tried the https://).
it just says:

"The connection was reset


The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
