Every friday you get bonus from the last week.
Up to 10GB uploaded you get 2p per GB
After that +1p per uploaded GB up to 30p.
After that +0.5p per uploaded GB up to 40p.
Torrent upload gives +10 points per torrent. Goes both for "archive" and "new".

If you upload...
... 10GB/week, you get +20p.
... 20GB/week, you get +30p.
... 40GB/week, you get +40p.

40p is max for one week, if you don´t upload any new torrents.

An invite costs 40p and is bought in the bonus shop under "Bonus". It is then at the top, where it says +1 Inbjudan. Inbjudan = Invite
There is no way to request invites for free.

lol, seems like requirments it's tough to get invite there
rock on my 256kbit upload, 250GIG is about 200days at maxed out upload :)
