Leeware .... ????? OMG

after i get a Leeware Box ... and setup uTorrent on it ...
a big Problem Comes ... all trackers works except some
like ScT & FB ...
i tried to solve the problem but i didn't ...
so can anyone tell me :
WHAT IS THIS PROBLEM ???? :pinch:

maybe i'll switch to another host next month cuz
