i need help about czechbits!

i just got invited to czechbits.
after i created my account i tried to login but i got the fallowing message.

"Tento účet byl zablokován."

i tried to translate but couldnt get a meaning.
so is there anyone here can help me about this strange problem.
first i thought that the tracker ban foreign ips but i found out that others who got invited didnt have any problem like this one.

PS: i havent downloaded even a byte from the tracker.

it means banned or disabled?
i think i need to contact the stuff,anyone knows the irc channel or a way to get over this problem?
any help will be huge!

PS: btw i can still recover my password so it means my account was not disabled right? and even though i recovered my password(i thought that maybe i forgot my pass) when i enter my new password still get the same error.

zablokovan means blocked, that i know for sure, not on the site so i don't know if they use it as banned or disabled, i just translated
