Attachment question

If i have an attached file eg. jojo.zip, which i used in a post back in 1992.
If i want to repost it in this thread,

1. Is there anyway to reattach it in this thread?

2.i can not reupload it cause it is already in my attachments.

without having to simply link to the post i made back in 1992?

Basically,
is it possible to "attach" the same file in multiple threads?
