you can get some axx if you pay on some smaller topsite but it's not really worth it... I see some 40 to 60 sec pre's on some torrent site so I don't really what's the point...

I think the easiest way to gain scene access is to physically know someone involved in the scene. I know you can pay your way in to the smaller ones, but for the big ones you have to have something to offer.

I used to use it on my old ISP a few years back, they give you a @look account , when you go to the site, it looks like an FTP folder (duh) but on the side it gives details on how to join, like pay this and this to get access for a certain period of time or some other requirement, they were extra fast and had so many folders my old PC would slow down for a sec, and had new stuff everyday, this was before I started using bittorrent, but now it's probably much harder to get in, much much harder... unless you have $$$.

EDIT: Really good axx that is.. A shitty site with few racers and pay2leech with slaves is not that hard to get into. Knowing "the right people" is not the biggest issue imo, lots of users got axx, only thing is if you're willing to either race to other sites all the time or pay for it :p

I totally agree with Vidde, if you wanna join the scene without providing any stuff, you'll have to pay, or to trade there all the time.

Racing is trading releases between fast servers usually pretime limit set for dvdrip is 30min for music ,TVShow ,0day 5min . apps 20min ...... You need to setup your FTPrush and your irc client as a triggers using a auto send script ,set it to how many sites you hav access into after thats you hav to know someone how can vouch for you in some small topsites to start trading and he need to help you with some materials befores so you be able to start your way in the scene usually they set your status as IND, the ratio or quota is set to 1:3 mean if you upload 701mb movie you receive 2:03GB :) .if you start trading release you hav to say :bye: :bye: to your real life less than 16H behind PC you cant do much .
Melvinmeow how come specialy CT and PT for dvdrip upload releases before many topsites around ?
Do they use a GiGaServer or hav affilites with some Scene releases grps ?

I 'give' about 15-20 mins every day to my trackers to see what files i want to download and i believe that is more than enough!!!

I know very few things about scene and axx BUT i believe that those guys earn money from that. If they do this only as a 'hobby' they have a very weird definition of the word 'hobby' :lol:
