Linkin Park is a great band.. until they became emo and trying to be a death metal band (as seen in their new album).

Hybrid Theory was one of the best.

Yelling into the mic = Death Metal = Stupid

Utterly retarded comment. Like they didn't yell into the mic on the last two releases? Wow, I guess they've been Death Metal all along and didn't even know it...

Havn't kept tabs on LP. I have some of their albums from awhile back, but...

Maybe worth checking new ones...

Naaaaaa,
I continued to hear very bad comments and listener thoughts on this latest album,
but I decided to get it and experience it for myself and I have to disagree,
it is a great album, granted it's not the Same; but it still is 'diferent'...
I can't stop listening to it at work with my Zen, my favorite songs so far are
'Bleed it Out' and the one about people goin to war... but all the songs are great.
Give it at chance, try listening to this Album with an open mind for variation.

I myself didn't like the new album as much as the previous ones. I'm disappointed. Only good track in their album is "What I've Done". Anyways, but Maroon 5's new album certainly is impressive.
