you'll have to be PU (2 weeks and 25GB up) and have a certain amount of forum posts and torrent comments, i don't know the exact number and i think no one else knows but the staff. If you meet the required qualifications then you'll have access to the invite request area where you'll have to request (duh!) and have luck ^^

I'd try to keep active on the forums, except most people post about three paragraph posts, which to me is just ridiculous...so yes i gave up ages ago for e***o invites :)
