if i take an account with email and change the password + ip will i get banned ?

Don't change the password. As you also have the mail account, use Forgot Password feature and generate a new password. Then use that password for few weeks. After few weeks, you may think of changing the password.

And don't forget to change the secret question of the email account.

dont change ip+pass+email, it will get disabled.
i think they check those changes not more then ever because they gave all these invites
