Why do some torrent sites have turbo download and some have really slow one's?

You end up taking all day trying to download a 100 mb file, i know it's partly because the other peer's a being little SOB's as well but i've defo noticed a difference

Well, some of the torrent sites that are harder to gt into usually have the money to get a really good Seedbox, usually more or equal to 100mbit. Some torrent sites also have a seedbox, but maybe not as good as others.
