im gettin this error when i try to reach WB anybody else or just me?

It was posted that the apache server was down and everything should be back to normal on Monday before the site went down ( not exact , just a notice to that effect )

If you still have problems clear your cookies and try again.

Apache server was brought back online sunday and i changed over the dns back. So if you still getting that error then it means you trying to reach wrong server.
