Well i took the plunge after reading up on seedboxes on this great forum.
I went with this option;
http://www.leaseweb.com/index.php?p=express1

Now i can log in using REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION but im not sure what i need to do to set it up correctly.

What i want to use it for is seeding/downloading torrents. So firstly i need to install Utorrent but im not sure how to. The IE didn't work so...
After i have done that i need to know how to download the torrent.
Then i need to know how to FTP stuff to and from the server.

Any help would be amazing.
Thanks.

Ok, thanks for the help so far guys but the main problem is the INTERNET EXPLORER isn't working. I'll go to type and adress in and it won't work. Any ideas?

IE should work out of the box.

It's Windows 2003 right?

If you can connect to your server through Remote Desktop, then I can't see why IE would not be working. :/

Looks like maybe your dns is screwed. Try accessing uTorrent by it's IP http://72.20.34.145/ on your box.

Email leaseweb and ask them for your DNS servers and then enter them into your tcp/ip settings in your network settings.

Disable TCP/IP filtering from the network card settings.

I'm just setting up mine.

Ok, so i finally got it sorted. I emailed leaseweb and they did it for me.
Now, i have installed Utorrent. What are my next steps?

I want to upload a file from my home computer to the server. How would i go about doing this. I have Filezilla installed on my home computer but don't know how to set it up. Any help would be great.
By the way, thanks for the help so far guys, without you lot i would have just given up... :/

I must say I'm pretty surprised you bought a seedbox even when you don't know these basic things like how to install ftp server and so on.

Step by step guides take time. You can find some for free from Google.

I could install and set up ftp server for you, but you shouldn't take up my offer as you should know the people who you give access to your seedbox to.
If you have friend you trust and knows these things, ask for his help.

LOL they removed your tcp/ip things for free?

They tried to charge me 50 euro. But it worked out.

They tried to charge me as well but I just complained saying it should have been sorted from the get go and that i would demand a full refund unless it was sorted. They caved in eventually. :)
Also, i eventually sorted out the FTP through trial and error. Was actually pretty simple in the end. Problem was that i wasn't entering the correct IP for the FTP server. hehe

I'm getting the same crap, right now.. The first thing I did when I logged onto my server via remote desktop was go to a website. Got the same error posted by the original poster. When I emailed support they sent this back to me..
"When we deliver servers the server is working like it should.
Any changes to the OS are on customers responsibility."
But they said they would fix at a cost.. Are they trying to scam me?

To disable TCP/IP filtering for all adapters, clear the Enable TCP/IP Filtering (All adapters) check box.

To get the FTP to work for me, this is what i did;

Download and install Filezilla Server onto my rented server. Set that up and created a user account for me to use.
Then on my one computer, downloaded and installed smartFTP. Entered the IP address of my server and then the username and password i created for the FTP server and clicked connect.
DONE

Yeah, I did all that and created a user account etc..

But I'm using filezilla, And it connects but I get this error:
Error: Transfer channel can't be opened. Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing

what Do I need to do, open another port?

EDIT: I got ot to work, with Core FTP, but can't get it work with filezilla..
