Strange issues with ps2

I played this afternoon and it was all good, but later when I tried activating it again, it's like the entire screen was moved 30 cm up and instead there's a black screen at the bottom, also the animation are like slow and I get lower fps meaning I see frame and then lose 3 frames and then get the 4th.
I hope you understood what I ment since I don't have a word for it.
