can somebody tell me how exactly paypal works?
i mean charging, commision...
they say i must verify my account with verisign, do they charge for that?

If you go for a unconfirmed PayPay They will take like 5% of the money, but if you confirm it they will only take 1% or something like that.... so its best to confirm it... and nope dont think they charing u of money if u do

like if i want to donate a site they will charge me for that, thought it was free.
and the site says it free as well
