yeah, there ain't much going on there in terms of torrents, it lacks seeders and leechers...

nonetheless, the community is really great on RTS

in scn it is easy to get invites but in rts only power user and staff gets them so rts is rarer for now :D

RtS has removed all invtes, power users and up can request an invite in the forum on the appropriate thread.

That being said, i'm not a power user yet, so I have no invites, sorry :(
