if you upload 10GBytes in a week you will get 20points bonus
If you upload 15GBytes in a week you will get (20+5)points bonus
If you upload 20GBytes in a week you will get (20+10)points.
etc, etc...

u can get MAX 40 pts/week (even if u upload 1tb)
