Video Converter Help [Archive]

I need a video converter to convert .mkv files to .avi retaining the same quality and resolution. Can anyone recommend me one? Thanks in advance.

Movkit ? Hav'nt had to use it my self Vso's ConvertXtoDvd seems to be all I need .
