There was a tracker that was more secret than hpj or WheelMods, it was called MyBytes. MyBytes was a tiny 0day tracker where all the ex-ScT uploaders and ex-VIPs and such hung out. If you think ScT pretimes are fast, the pretimes of MyBytes were almost three-times as fast because of all the ex-ScT uploaders and ex-VIPs and such.

Why is so many peeps hung up on pre-times as long as you can seed back your stuff then thats what you want in a tracker and a community.

Secret trackers won't survive unless they have a spare cash to keep it going as every trackers need members to keep them going fact of life.
